Featuring a steel frame helping ensure the structural integrity of the building. The walls are made from 75mm EPS sandwich panels and the roof uses 50mm EPS panels, ensuring both sturdiness and thermal efficiency. Inside, the expandable home is adorned with resilient doors framed in aluminium and windows boasting double-glazed tempered glass for enhanced durability. Adding a touch of style are ceiling and floor skirting board trim, along with corner trim and capping.

Internally, the floor is built on an 18mm fibre cement subfloor board base, pre-fitted onto a sturdy steel frame, and finished with a sleek polyvinyl chloride (PVC) layer. The interior layout has four bedrooms in the corners of the relocatable home with the the kitchen and bathroom positioned in the middle of the building.

The building arrives pre-plumbed and pre-wired, necessitating the expertise of a qualified electrician and plumber for secure connection and plumbing upon delivery.
